Sound familiar? You’re not alone. Most mums don’t realise that day weaning isn’t “just stop feeding” — it’s a process that needs both a plan and emotional support.

I’m an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Holistic Sleep Coach, Orofacial Myologist, Paediatric Nurse, Midwife — and most importantly, mum to three little ones who each had their own breastfeeding journey.
I know firsthand what it feels like to love the bond that breastfeeding brings while also feeling completely “touched out” by constant day feeds. I’ve been where you are — wondering how to gently set boundaries, make space for myself again, and still keep that connection sacred.
Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of mums to navigate weaning in a way that feels right for their family — with zero pressure, zero judgment, and zero sleep training.
Day weaning doesn’t have to mean “all or nothing.” My mission is to give you the tools, confidence, and emotional support to reduce or stop daytime feeds in a way that’s gentle for your little one and freeing for you.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
I’ve got you 💛
You don’t have to dread the daytime feeds anymore.
Join the Day Weaning Program and move forward with confidence, clarity, and connection.
