Hi, I’m Melissa,​

I’m an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Holistic Sleep Coach, Orofacial Myologist, Paediatric Nurse, Midwife — and most importantly, mum to three little ones who each had their own breastfeeding journey.

I know firsthand what it feels like to love the bond that breastfeeding brings while also feeling completely “touched out” by constant day feeds. I’ve been where you are — wondering how to gently set boundaries, make space for myself again, and still keep that connection sacred.

Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of mums to navigate weaning in a way that feels right for their family — with zero pressure, zero judgment, and zero sleep training.
