Hi, I'm Melissa!

I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Holistic Sleep Coach, Paediatric Nurse, Midwife & Mum of 3, on a mission to help mums feel empowered in postpartum, rather than stressed, confused & overwhelmed!

​I had my first baby in 2017 and was quickly overcome by the amount conflicting  and confusing feeding, sleep & early parenting 'advice' (most of which I now know is complete BS*). Fast forward to today...

​I coach hundreds of mums to transform their postpartum. With my third 'koala' baby, I've had better breastfeeding, more sleep without ever sleep training, and feel less stressed now than when I just had one baby. I love helping other mums and mums-to-be do the same.
