Full payment is required on booking of consultation. Cocoon & Cradle Pty Ltd reserves the right to change any price at which we offer our services, and to correct errors in the pricing on the website or in quote to you. We have no liability for any changes or errors and are not bound to fulfil services at old or erroneous prices.
CANCELLATIONS
All appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will not be charged. If cancelling an appointment within 48 hours, but not less than 24 hours, and do not wish to reschedule your appointment, 50% of your appointment will be charged. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full appointment fee will be charged.
SERVICES
Cocoon & Cradle Pty Ltd operates Monday to Friday 08:00- 16:00 hours. Consultations that include ongoing text and email support are welcome to text the contact number provided for support at any hour, however, replies will only be sent during operating hours or at Cocoon & Cradle’s discretion. Replies will be sent within 24 hours and fair play policy applies. This service is not an on-call service and urgent medical advice should be sought if necessary.
RETURN POLICY
Services and gift certificates are non-refundable.
